How much does a sauna cost in Cebu?

₱500 for 45 minutes in a traditional dry-heat sauna running at 80-90°C, with the Vitamin C shower and towels included.

Can I book just a cold plunge without the sauna?

Yes. Since this change, cold plunge, sauna and contrast therapy are three separate bookable sessions. You can book any one of them on its own.

Is contrast therapy cheaper than booking a sauna and cold plunge separately?

Yes. Booked separately they come to ₱850. Contrast therapy is ₱700 for a full hour with unlimited rounds of both.

Do I need to book in advance?

Booking ahead is recommended because we cap the studio at six people and evening slots fill quickly. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
