Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our facilities and services, including sauna sessions, cold plunges, compression therapy, and other related services (the "Services"). By booking or participating in a session, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings must be made through our official booking platform. 
1.2 Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
1.3 Failure to attend your session or cancel within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of payment.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time.
2.2 Rescheduling requests made within less than 12 hours of the session start time will not be accommodated, and the session fee will be forfeited.
2.3 Cancellations may be made with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours but more than 12 hours in advance will be eligible for rescheduling but not a refund.
2.4 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Facility Use

3.1 You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow for check-in and orientation. Late arrivals will not receive extensions or refunds. So the time period booked is the locked in time.
3.2 Use of equipment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please adhere to the posted time limits for each station to ensure fairness for all guests:

Cold Plunge: Maximum 5 minutes per use

4. Health and Safety

4.1 You confirm that you are in good health and capable of using the Services. If you have any medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, or other health concerns), consult your doctor before using the Services.
4.2 By participating, you assume all risks associated with the use of the Services, including but not limited to dehydration, overexertion, or allergic reactions.
4.3 For your safety, follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions. Misuse of equipment or failure to follow rules may result in immediate termination of your session without a refund.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Respect other guests and staff at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to adhere to staff instructions will not be tolerated.
5.2 Use of the facilities is strictly prohibited while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

5.3 All rented towels must be returned after your session. Failure to return towels may result in additional charges.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1 By booking a session, you agree to waive and release the business, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or damages arising from your participation in the Services.
6.2 The business is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
6.3 This liability waiver complies with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and is enforceable within the jurisdiction.

7. No-Show Policy

7.1 A "no-show" is defined as a client failing to attend their scheduled session without prior notice. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
7.2 Members who accumulate three (3) no-shows within a six-month period will have their membership revoked without refund.​

8. Membership and Package Specific Terms

8.1 Members are subject to the same rescheduling, cancellation, and no-show policies as non-members.
8.2 Membership fees are non-refundable, even in cases of suspension or termination due to policy violations.

8.3 All memberships and packages cannot be shared but may be transferred with prior approval from staff.

9. Amendments and Termination

9.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.

10. Data Privacy

10.1 We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) to protect your personal information. By booking, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data for booking and service purposes.
10.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Age Restrictions

11.1 You must be 18 years or older to use the Services independently.
11.2 Individuals aged 14 or older may use the Services when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can sign a consent form on their behalf.

12. Customer Dispute Resolution

12.1 In the event of a dispute, customers may contact us directly to resolve the issue.

13. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to respect the rules and guidelines set forth to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests.
